Patent Box

The Patent Box scheme was launched in April 2013 by the UK Government. The scheme allows organisations that have been involved in qualifying development of products and that own (or exclusively license-in) patents to apply for tax relief on Corporation Tax. The scheme potentially applies to worldwide profits from patented products or products with patented components.

Talk to us if you have innovative products. We will assess your current IP portfolio and identify if you may qualify for tax relief on your patented products. If you are developing new or existing products we can propose a strategy to take advantage of the Patent Box scheme.
